To a point, yes. You can run the wire from the R terminal to the red light. Then you can run a wire from either the D or the B position (your choice of which position you want it to be on) to the white light. Depending on how the switch is set up there may be a terminal on it that is powered in both the D and B positions but not in the red position. If your switch has one this could be run to the white light and it would be on in both positions. I’d be interested in knowing why you are thinking about wiring it that way. More curiosity that anything I guess.
