504 Gas Utility

I've read that the 504 gas engines were sleeveless and therefore had a limited number of overhauls on them. I'm assuming this would be true for the utility version as well as the row crop version. I've located a real straight 504 utility with a gas engine and a Westendorf loader that looks good and runs good, TA works, 3 point, PTO, etc. Any other comments or thoughts that I should be looking for? I think I can get it for around $6,000 including shipping. Here's a picture of it:
