Ditillate was/is 3/5 kerosene 2/5 gasoline. also called tractor fuel. When using, you crank the tractor on pure gas and when it warms up switch to fuel. You can run these tractors on pure gas all the time. so using a 10% mixture of ethanol and 90% UL gas will be ok. BUT you need to mix something in for the valves like a lead sub or some 2 cycle oil or marvel mystery oil. In the old days Kerosene was a lot cheaper than gas that is why this was done, not so today!
