656 Hydraulic Problem continued

I posted my hydraulic problem about a month ago. I lost all hydraulic functions on the tractor instantly including the power steering. I want to thank everyone for their responses. The problem was/is that the splined hub in the pressure plate sheared off its rivets.
Since then, I have split the tractor apart and I am in the process of replacing the pressure plate and the clutch. I have a few questions about that. I have also removed the flywheel and I am looking for a new one or a better shape used one since mine has been turned down as far as the manual says is allowable. When putting the flywheel back on, should the bolts be loctited on or have something to keep them from vibrating loose? The bolts appeared to have some type of material on them when I removed them -- it was light gray in color. The bolts were really tough to break loose, so I think they may have had some kind of loctite on them. Another question.
The clutch shaft which is now accessible in the clutch housing, this shaft easily pulls out. I only pulled it a little way out, because I didn't know if it would mess anything up if I tried to pull it all the way out or if there is something in there that keeps it from coming all the way out. Is this normal? Should you be able to move this shaft? I am surprised that it didn't get pulled out when I was splitting the tractor apart.
