Cowman: And a happy one it is, are you guarenteing the second half will be as great as the first half. After a few little mean days in Dec., we've had almost shirt sleeve weather here in SW ON. I say almost, but when the percipitation runs away, I can sit by the fireside in my shirt sleeves. And just to think, a few short months ago those oil barons had their sights set on me along with many others. In my case, this old 2,200 sq ft house, on top of a hill, where we can see every direction for at least 3 miles. Whopeeeee.
