Hi , My new to me M does the same thing to me all the time now . Friday night I went out and tryed to start it . Cranked on it till the cranking speed started to slow down ( 12 volt ) - not even a pop ! As we were getting ready to leave last night I thought I'd try it again , it started right up ! Didn't seem to turn over even 1/2 way before it popped . Danged if I know why it does it like that but it does it this way about every other time I try to start it . They have their own way's I guess and it's up to us to guess what they are . Good luck ...Randy
