What model and should i jump in

Hello Members, This tractor is in need of rescuing. Its been sitting for at least ten years. I dont know what model it is? Can someone help? I've semi-refurbished a Ferguson TO-30 and a Ford 2N. Neither required much in the way of mechanical work. Would you guys get it? What would you pay assuming its not stuck etc? Thank you very much. Dave
