Kevin, The 240 Utility is a nice little tractor. The carb, distributor and pump shouldn't be too hard to find. For a loader, I would recommend adding a front mount hydraulic pump. The pump on the 240 doesn't have the capacity to effectively operate a loader. Mine has power steering and 2-Point hitch. If I try to raise the loader and dump the bucket at the same time, the loader will go down instead of up. K-Mo
