If you are talking about the Gearshift levers on the right hand side of the steering support it is not hard to do just remove the cover that has the 1-4 Hi low N Rev off there is a couple bolts and a long screw remove the 1-4 lever and unhook the linkage and it comes wright off , there is a bushing inside of the lever now i have found that on some of then that the steering support is woren and they are bad enough that the factor bushing does not help much and have had to have a bushing made to fit. And on one that i had it was real bad and had to take the steering support off and have it machined to make it round again.
