I've used the speedy sleeves a couple of times with very good results. However, I wonder about being able to slide one all the way over the axle of an H up to where it needs to be. You sure are going to have to clean that axle up all the way, getting every nick smooth and then make yourself a tool to install the sleeve, as the one that comes with the Speedy Sleeve is very short, intended for use on the end of a shaft. I used a piece of PVC pipe for the one I put on a C main steering shaft, but that was a short distance compared to an H axle. I have also always put the shaft in the freezer to shrink it to make installation easier. You'll need a good sized freezer for the H axle. If you can get the sleeve on there though it will do a good job for you. Be sure to give us a report if you do this, as I'm very curious to know if you can slip one of those sleeves on that far.
