The process is as follows (details from text books and service manuals left out intentionally) Get text books on engine overhauls (old) Get service manual for specific tractor Use a digital camera to photo everything before during and after taking apart Place all parts in boxes marked with systems it came from. Protect all sheet metal with blankets. Make many lists of things needed at the store like new antifreeze hoses and stuff. Use white cloth tape and a ball point pen to mark all lines and wires Remove sheet metal as directed remove intake system At manifold/head(as intact as possible) Drain oil/h2o Remove valve cover and oil pan Remove attachments and sensors on head Remove head Remove Pistons Rework or replace as needed on measurement. Assemble in reverse order, going from photos and notes. Have fun do not go nuts or stomp around. Ask us more questions. JimN
