Hugh, How have you been ? I have been busy with youth sports but I do have a question for you and the boys. I recently had to look at a H that had stopped running out of the clear blue. I took off the distributor cap and turned it over and had no rotor movement which spelled problems.. It ended up being that the early live pump that was mounted on the backside of the distributor had locked up ,in turn busting the distributor drive and then breaking the cam shaft gear ,along with bending the teeth on the crankshaft drive gear. Wow that was a mouth full. Do you remember those early live pumps? This is the only one I have seen and it used the IH distributor but with a different drive gear. Hope you had a good Thanksgiving, Tim K. Farmalls Forever
