Have an old 300 utility and the hotter plug suggestion really worked on it. Had been dangling the plug wires for years to get it to fire on foulded plugs. This was effective, but was a very precise and sensitive way to get it to jump the spark to fire. Also, bumps would drop off the plug wires. Someone said to use the hottest Champion plug I could fine, which I believe is a D18, although, I have heard they make a hotter plug, I haven't found any higher numbers around here. Still have to change out the plugs now and then, but it goes for months now and the last time, it only needed one plug.
