According to the Super C parts manual on my CD there is only one size of center cast iron wheel/hub. It does show a DW8-42 rim size for a 9-42 tire size. It is part number 357497R91. I am going to go out on a limb and say that your chances of finding one of these at your local Case/IH dealer are pretty slim. The 42" rim must have used longer tabs on the rim to connect it to the wheel.
