Did you rebuild the rods ???? did you FIT EACH PISTON To THE HOLE????? by mic. the out side of the piston and checken the inside bore with a mic. ???? and did you hone the sleves with a ridge hone after you installed them ???? did you plastia gauge the bearing???? If you did not do all of the above then it could be any place . Did ya have the head rebuilt and did they get the valves set correctly in the seats some valve must stick out of the head and some valves must be resessed and with out running out in the rain and looken at the books in the truck my mind can not remember that is why i have all the books . And somebody will tell me that this is not ROCKET SICENCE but if ya want a engine to run good and last long then it is . I build every engine like a 100000 dollar racing engine and PLUM REFUSE TO DO AND IN CHASSIE
