1942, It sounds like your outside bearing may be shot. Try jacking up the backside of the tractor and see if your getting movement on your wheel. If so you will have to block up your rearend and pull your axle. You will need to drop the bullgear pan and take the inside final drive cover off to take the axle out. You may as well replace that seal when you have it apart. Not a bad job to do. scotty
