Sounds like your describing the rear cover plate behind the LIFT-ALL. This is a rectangular curved plate with dog ears on each side facing rearward. This is the access cover to the HYD pump shaft coupling. There is no seal or gasket on this plate only a felt strip on the front and rear. The source of the oil leak, if coming from this area, is the oil seals forward and aft of the shaft coupling. Part number 43509D.
