http://www.howardenterprises.com/ ge here and get the phone numbers,it has been a couple months since i have ordered any fuel pumps but last time they were under $400 for a reman w/1 year warranty. sounds more like the head is going south,the vent,or gunk in the system should not make them start hard. if a 436 will not start at 10 degree outside temp without ether their is something wrong with it,and since yours has started hard for awhile i would say that narrows down the search.
