yes, the lever is attached to a rod assembly that is part of a bracket attached to inside (left) of the lowest red part (clutch housing? might fill me in on the proper name)that you see in the photo. The rod runs across the bottom side of the tractor and sits below and back of the clutch on the otherside. It has two settings like you said, that it sits in (pushed forward or backward) What does this allow me to do or operate? Thank you for you help in advance.
