That's a little new for this forum... Not exactly an antique. I think you found out why it was for sale. Probably the previous owner couldn't keep it from overheating either. Sounds like you're doing a good, logical, systematic work-through of the problem. Problem is, all you have left to check for are SERIOUS engine problems.
