The fuel guage is easy to check, just ground out the sending unit on the fuel tank and see if the guage moves, if it does that means the guage is fine, and one of the sending units is bad. The turn signal problem is the flasher unit itself, its pretty easy to replace, and if your on the road with this tractor you should have the flasher lights on and working. The tach is tricky, as long as theres power and a ground, and nothing comes on in the display then the unit has to be sent in for repair.
