Fair market value for everything on that tractor, $3500 isn't that bad of a deal. Loader's probably a 1000, since you said it has hydro bucket dump. Those are rare and can bring $1800-$2000 on Ebay by themselves in any shape. Tires are new. That's probably $800-$1000 right there to have them changed. Tractor's in good condition. Well, if you're depending on the seller's description, maybe not. After all, the seller is trying to sell it, so he'll exaggerate about the condition. Downgrade the condition of the tractor by one level. Good condition means FAIR condition.
