DSS Your description is missing a few items to be certian how your tractor is configured. It appears that your tractor came from the factory with a LiftAll system that was later converted to live hydralics. The problem with the liftall system is that it worked off of the main clutch like the transmission and PTO. Push in the clutch and everything stopped including the hydralics. Later IH came out with live hydralics that fitted the hydralic pump directly in front of the distribuitor and ran off of the timing gear. Many farmers added this and tapped into the liftall to use as an hyd oil tank. They then removed the liftall's connection to the transmission. My guess is that the liftall system no longer works on your tractor. To add remotes all you need to do is purchase an open center double acting hyd control valve, some hoses and 2 quick connects that match your tips on your implements. Just make sure you have the fluid traveling in the correct direction. The valves are clearly marked IN and OUT. If you reverse them you'll blow out the timing gear. The cylinders are probably for an aftermarket 3point hitch or cultivator.

You can never have wide enough tires or heavy enough weights to get all the traction you want … unless you own a monster tractor. U
