Remove the compressor air inlet hose and look at the compressor wheel, none of the fins should be bent or show they have been contacting the housing. Spin the wheel, it should spin easily with no drag. Grab the end of the compressor wheel and push in and out, If it noticeably moves then you probably will have oil leakage also, and look for it. Push up, down, and sideways on the compressor wheel. It will move slightly, but should not contact the housing. If you pass all this inspection, you are good to go, although you could take off the turbine inlet and inspect the turbine wheel. This could be damaged if something like a bolt ran thru it. If it passes on the compressor side, I wouldn't bother.
