Sleeve Puller for an A or B

I'm making a sleeve puller for A's & B's. I need to know the outside diameter of the sleeves in a C-113 engine so I can make the round disk that pulls up on the sleeve from the bottom.
I expect that mine is the early, smaller diameter sleeve. The block is a 1940 by the serial number.

The disk needs to be large enough to have full contact on the sleeve, but small enough that it doesn't damage the bore of the block. I will turn it on a lathe, so I can make any diameter needed.
