I'm glad you're getting martins at your home. I think 1965 was the first year that we ever had them when we built a 3 tier martin house. They returned every year and soon the house was full. Then in 1972 when a freak rain storm went through this area, I think it was called Agnes dumped 7 to 8 inches of rain. A few days later my wife said there was something wrong in the martin house do to a foul odor. I drop the martin house and found all the baby birds had drowned. After that the birds would return but would not build. I even bought 2 or 3 new martin houses and they still wouldn't build. I never got any martins after that. One of the houses is still standing today. Once you have them around you never forget them. Have fun with that Super C I wish I had kept the one that I had. Sure did a nice job plowing.
