Well said Hugh. And to add a thought of my own. 99.99% of the time everybody on this board responds in a professional and respectful manner. I have found with myself that once I take the time to write something out and re-read it for typos/grammar that I have calmed down enough to tone down my message. It is nice seeing new responders on this board. As they will find out (or maybe already know) there is a lot of knowledge and experience out there. Some of it comes from training and books. An awful lot of it comes from the school of hard knocks. And we should give a big thank you also to Kim for maintaining this board. Thank you Kim.
