That is not a real big problem the lever from the torshion bar jumped off and can be fixed with out to much troubel take the top link plate off and look in to the right side of the housing and you will see a lever comming up from the bottom and then look for the lever or arm that is in front of it , it is spring loaded and will a bit of pullen to move it back use a pice of baler twine or a ladys foot bar ( it will save your fingers ) take a small pry bar and pry the arm comming up to the left just enough to get the top arm past and on the back side of the bottom one . There may be excess wear on the top arm or it may be bent a bit and it will take a littel bit of bending not not much as it WILL BREAK . IF it is real loose i have taken and welded a body washer on the frame side of the lever comming up so it will not hop off anymore.
