rusty' Thanks for your answer. I tried this question a couple of times but yours is the first one that gives me a good answer and I appreciate your help. I've been away a couple of days helping the hospital pay off their mortgage so had to look for a while to find your response. This is my first Farmall so it is all new to me. I just got a full set of manuals from Binder Books and am set to put this old guy to work. The "cotton" filter is also missing from the hydraulic fill cap which appears to need some kind of filter to keep out dirt, any suggestions?
