Buggy: I agree with George, heat would be best. I too however do not have access to Oxy/Acc torches, so I have done what John suggests. My kids got me the complete set of Bolt Outs from Sears for Christmas and me birthday. Best gifts I got in years as far as usefulness goes. Lots of penetrating oil - Loctite's Solvo-Rust Penetrating Oil works best for me. Soak em a few days then use the Bolt Outs. Slicker than can be!
