The investment you will make in a 4 roller will make awfully disapointed with what little gain you will get. Your pump is a .370 plunger the same as a 4 roller. I have a DT361 in my 1967 IH pickup stock fuel system but with an HX35W turbo off a 24 valve Dodge cummins and it is pushing at least 210HP at the flywheel. That can get what you want.
If want more power yet go with a .390 or .450 injection pump, bigger lines and bigger turbo. Do some port work on the head install orings then your talking 400HP. Thats what my 1206 has.
By the way the rods on a 407 and 361 are the same except for the late 407's ie 1456 which have a bigger wrist pin.
