I just inhereted my popaws' Super A, and realized that I had never spent enough time with him learning about the tractor. Don't feel bad lots of time was spent fishing! The owners manual says that the tractor will run on gas but is designed for distillate. What is distillate, and if I continue to use gas as popaw did for 50 years do I need to use a lead additive My second question is why does my radiator make bubbling noises if I run it for over 10 minutes. I plan on adding antifreze to the straight water in the radiator, but do I need to check out the water pump and thermostat. I know nothing about cars or engines. I am an industrial mechanic so I am confedent about working on the tractor, but I NEED a service manual like the ones the repair shop would have. All help apreceiated!!
