I have found both types for IH. Arnolds Case IH in Saint Cloud is a big dealership and seems to not have much time for me. But is real covenient. I pass by twice a day any way. They have a great selection of parts. Good to go when I know what I want and have the numbers handy. Timmers in Pease, Mn is the best of the best. Small dealer takes the time to discuse things. Drags the mechanic out to talk to you for a $5 part. Lets you behind the counter to look at the parts blow ups. Call him and he ships the parts if needed. Very very good dealer ship. Greenberg IH in Nowthen, MN is also very good. Dont get by there much any more but never dissatisfied.
