Kelly don't forget the heat rizer in the exhaust manifold no one else has said anything about it but the 460 was much worse than the 560 but both had to have a clean exhaust manifold so the heat could get to the carb and the rizer has to work. I you fix the rizer and don't clean the manifold you only did half a job. All the other ideas are good but I would check the rizer and manifold. Getting the 4 cap screws out is a bad job but then I done more times than I could count never did and engine over haul without doing the manifold.
