Tom, Don't know what is causing your problem. just did not want you to feel ignored :) Has this problem always happened with this tractor ? Also does it only happen with a baler or with all PTO driven implements ? Hay balers seem to be sort of jerky on the PTO, maybe some backlash in the PTO drive is the source or maybe the sprags in the TA? Sorry I can't be more help.
