JR: you basically got it all. The Cultivator is blue - precicely IH1150 Blue. You can check it out under Paint, Decals and Other Finish ?'s at the Cub Manual Server at the link below. The paint chart will give you the cross references for different paint manufacturers and the Paint Committee Decisions are the last word on paint for IH Equipment. I have the Cub-144 set with the spring teeth. Under the red you can see the 1150 blue on the arms and springs and the rest of the frame structure for the cultivator including the tool bars. Hope this helps a bit
