They declined saying it was no use, it wouldn't start. Sandy called me and said," What do you think I should offer." My responce." If it will not start and the vendor doesn't want to try it is little more than a parts tractor and make your offer accordingly." He did and they accepted. They were somewhat less enthusiastic went a friend and I went there and had it going in 5 min. So Ron, if no one starts that tractor on the day of the auction, act accordingly.
