Hi, had a IH 1500 loader on 434D with power steering from 1969 till 1981 then traded for 384D with 1550 loader and power steering. Neighbor had 444D with 1500 loader and power steering.
The 3pt and power steering have separate pumps on these tractors. The pumps are ganged together and run off the timing gear. The trick is in the correct plumbing into the 3pt hydraulic system. On our tractors they had replaced the output line of the 3pt hydraulic pump so that it went into the loader control valves and then to the input of the reservior under the seat and the dump line from the loader control valves was Ted into the reservior filler plug behind the seat. Don't put a 2200 quick attach loader on theses tractors as they are to heavy for this tractor.
The 1500 series loader worked great on these tractors. Good luck
