Well if you already know you want to get $2000 for it sounds to me like you have set a value for it and just need to put it up for $2500 and take $2000 if it is offered to you. You can put what ever price on it you like but it is only worth as much as someone will pay. And since yo don't owe anything on it you can sit on it for as long as you need. I say put the price tag on it and see if you get $2000. Good luck Chad
