Thanks men, I'll do some "Dry fitting" prior to putting the final finishes on it. I studied on the parts manual a little tonight, and can see the obvious differences in the grill after s/n 355669. I don't have a C parts manual to compare the part No.s. Still doesn't make sense to me what would have changed the length anyway, same motor and chassis length through the whole run from beginning to end? Whatever. As far as the "Correct Police", the only one I listen to is myself. I have a fast hitch on this '50 Super A, a chromed valve cover, and a fast hitch on a '53 Cub. That would set some off their rocker anyway. If I could figure how to post a photo, I'd show you where I'm at in this project?
O.E.M has been very good to work with, I had bought parts there prior to your suggestion, worked out good as I had some stuff ordered that Hadn't yet shipped, this way it'll all come together and say a little on shipping.
