Small world. You trade muni's in Indy? NatCity Raffensperger Hughes, City Securities? Have an account with Gene Tanner, used to have one with Chambers Chase years ago. Spent a lot of time on my Grand Dad's farm out by Brownsburg as a kid.

Anyway, raise another 30 or 40 mil for HSE while rates are still low because HSE thinks our 20 acres are the only place they can put a grade school anywhere close to Geist. I think they should pay a hefty premium for the privilege of tearing down our houses and barn. My informal count of the big buck German car traffic out front says they've got the tax base to afford bunches. When we first came here, our place was a small parcel and the biggest traffic was a JD combine from the farm down the road. The place is gridlock city now.

I guess this is a somehow relevant post in that it relates to the Timing of when to move my H and other tractors to someplace that might stay country for another 30 years -- maybe out farther east by your farm. Oh -- the sponsors prefer it if you call exit 10 rock n roll city Verizon center. There was an M up there painted like a JD a few years ago. What a hoot.
