I just got front plate, cover, gears and dist pump off a SM for my early M and the under tank reservoir, rod & clamp came with it (no aux valve). My plan is to ad 3pt hitch with 2 way now and a loader later. 1st question: What do you gain with the under tank reservoir over using the belly pump reservor? Is the releaf valve in the reservoir with the primary controle? Can both reservoirs be tied together to better supply the loader?(I can get a seat & bat box off a 400 cheap) 2nd question: Will a 4-way "christmas tree" valve off a SM, SMTA operate a 3pt hitch with 2 way hyd and a loader with hyd bucket? Are all aux valves from SM & SMTAs 4 way? Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.
