saginaw 3pt hitch on 43 h

I have a 43 farmall H that I want to put a saginaw 3pt hitch on and want to know if any of you have done it and does it work with existing hydraulic belly pump or do I have to use an aftermarket pump if so what and where to buy. Help me I love this old H and want to make her attachment friendly.
