I have a 43 farmall H that I want to put a saginaw 3pt hitch on and want to know if any of you have done it and does it work with existing hydraulic belly pump or do I have to use an aftermarket pump if so what and where to buy. Help me I love this old H and want to make her attachment friendly.

I bought one a year ago for my 52 H.I Love it!the dual cylinders and heavy build will easily raise
the frontend off the ground,(no weights)when loaded too heavy on the boompole.yeah I learned the hard way.Installation was easy. I had to get a couple of hyd. hoses and fittings from the local farm store, and bolt it on.With this I also get to keep the original drawbar for those heavy dragging jobs, and it uses the belly hydraulics already on the tractor.

You can plumb a hyd control valve(3 way)into your hydraulics to give you total control(up&down pressure)for your 3-pt hitch. Plumbing part is easy, hard part is mounting the hydraulic valve in a handy spot.

Randy,

Even the older low pressure belly pumps on an H can do some pretty impressive things. Just don't expect it to do them rapidly, and you should be happy.

Hi Randy,

Should go right on there and you should be able to use your existing pump.

What part of NE?
