Tim It could be a relatively easy installation without spliting the tractor if the tractor came with a PTO and someone just removed the external part of the PTO. If the tractor did not come with a PTO then it will be a little more extensive. There were types of PTO available for your tractor. Transmission driven and the independent live type driven off the pressure plate. Most likely if a tractor was not ordered with the IPTO the torque Amplifier drive shaft did not come with the integral PTO gear. The IPTO tractors came with a two piece drive shaft from the engine. The input shaft to the TA and transmission was in side the drive shaft that ran the IPTO. The IPTO drive shaft was splined to the pressure plate to get the live pto. Anyway pull off the inspection plate on top of the housing between the engine and the transmission. If the first compartment has a gear in there It has the live pto and just the external PTO parts were removed.
