First grade show and tell....

Just got back from showing my '46 A to my son's first grade class. They're going on a field trip to a farm tomorrow, and I offered to show them what a real tractor looks like up close. Apparently the farm has animals, but no heavy equipment, so the teachers were really excited to have me come by. The kids had a great time, asked some really intelligent questions, and all had a chance to sit on her for a picture. Best part was when they all went back into the classroom and I started her up. The teacher lifted the windows so they could see.....26 little smiling faces, chin high to the window, all jockeying to get a look. As I pulled away, I waved and yelled goodbye, and a chorus of goodbyes and waving hands followed in unison. An absolute spectacular moment!! The cutest thing I EVER saw. I'll never forget it as long as I live...brought tears to my eyes. Can't tell ya how it made my day!
