Russ: Most of those IH water pumps, when they get noisy aren't far from leaking or a rebuild. CaseIH do stock rebuilt trade in pumps for some of these. The stocking is just luck of the draw. I had my 140 pump rebuilt, just a smaller version of yours. The cost was under $75. (Can) Bearing and seal on fan shaft is what usually goes. I just took my pump to local auto parts store and they sent it off to rebuilder, 24 hours it was back. They get progressively more noisy and then without warning you get a shower of coolant from fan. Now that you have it off you may as well rebuild. I rebuilt one of these on my bench, actually two the first and last at same time.
