F-20 Oil Drain Petcocks

One of the engine oil drain petcocks on my F-20 has begun to leak, leaving an annoying spill on the floor. The petcocks are closed tight and the oil level is correct. I haven't taken them apart yet. Does anybody know the procedure for making them leak-proof?
