All, Just got a new set of studs for my C113 rebuild...spun 'em in to hand tight, dropped the head on, and found that I don't have enough length left to get a full set of nut threads on them. I could use an extra 1/2 inch of length. These are 5 1/4 inches long, and if I back them out far enough to work on the top end, I only have about 1/2 of thread in the block. Naturally, the original studs are long gone, so I can't compare the new to the old. Does anyone know how long the studs should be? It looks to me like they really ought to be 5 1/2 or 5 3/4 inches... Thanks, - David
