Complaining neighbor's

This is a different maybe. I have a neighbor that complains alittle about my tractors and the noise they make without the muffler(7ft door on garage)even though I don't run them above a idle or past 8to 9:00 at night. But right now this guy and his son are playing the sterio LOUD and with way to much base and its is rattling my windows as I type!I also have a neighbor that a county cop and he is cool! and says he never hears my tractors(A&B)even with the muffler off. Oh well can't afford to move so I will deal with it for now I guess. Thanks needed to vent a little.
